Most people meet HACCP for the first time under pressure
A buyer asks for it. An inspector mentions it. A job advert lists it. By then the reading starts in the wrong order, usually with a template someone sent on WhatsApp.
This session fixes the order. Two hours, in plain language, on what the system is for, where it came from, and what it looks like in a real kitchen, factory or warehouse. No slides full of clause numbers.
It is free because the people who need it first are usually the ones with no training budget: final year students, new QA assistants, and small food businesses taking their first order from a bigger customer.

Four blocks, with questions taken throughout rather than saved for a rushed five minutes at the end.
Where HACCP came from, and why that matters
The Codex Alimentarius code of practice on general principles of food hygiene, CXC 1-1969, is where HACCP is set out. Knowing that one reference changes how you read every template you will ever be sent, because you can check it against the source instead of trusting the sender.
The seven principles and the twelve steps
What each principle actually asks you to do, in order, with examples from food businesses rather than textbook ones. The twelve steps are the method; the seven principles are what the method produces.
Hazards, critical control points and the decision most people get wrong
The single biggest error in a first HACCP plan is calling everything a critical control point. We work through how a control point becomes critical, and why a shorter plan is usually a better one.
Food safety culture, and where HACCP sits in Pakistan
The 2022 Codex update brought food safety culture into the general principles, which changed what auditors ask about. We close on how HACCP relates to your provincial food authority licence, which is a separate legal requirement, and where ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 build on top.

You decide after the session, not before
Join, take what you need, and leave. Nothing is charged for attending and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. If you want a certificate for your CV or your file, these are the two options.
Certificates are issued within two to three working days of payment. This is a certificate of attendance for an awareness session issued by Axora Global. It records that you attended and what was covered. It is not a lead auditor qualification, and we would rather say that plainly than let anyone buy the wrong thing. If a personnel certification is what you need, the lead auditor courses are the route.

Before you register
Is it really free, or is there a catch later?
It is free to attend. The only thing that costs money is the certificate, and only if you want one. Nobody is removed from the session for not buying it, and you are told the price before the session rather than after.
Do I need any background in food safety?
No. The session is built for people meeting HACCP for the first time. If you already run a HACCP system, tell us your background when you register and we will advise whether this session or something more advanced fits you better.
How long is it and when does it run?
Two hours, in the evening, live on Google Meet. Sessions run regularly rather than on a fixed calendar, so the next date is confirmed by email and WhatsApp when you register.
Will I get the recording and the slides?
Tell us at registration if you cannot attend live. We will let you know what is available for that session rather than promise something we might not record.
Does this certificate make me a certified HACCP auditor?
No, and anyone who tells you a two hour session does is selling you something. This is a certificate of attendance for an awareness session. Auditor status comes from a lead auditor course with an examination, which is a different programme.
Is HACCP a legal requirement in Pakistan?
Food safety is regulated province by province, and the legal requirement for most food businesses is a licence from the relevant provincial food authority. HACCP is usually a customer requirement rather than a legal one. Our guide to food safety compliance in Pakistan separates the two.
