ISO Certification Services in Pakistan
Twelve management system standards, thirteen auditor qualifications, and a certificate your customer can verify. Tell us what your buyer, retailer or regulator is asking for, and we will tell you which certificate satisfies it before you spend anything.
Certification consultancy
We implement the management system around how you actually operate, run the internal audit, and stand with you through the certification body audit.
Twelve standards Service twoISO training and qualifications
Lead auditor, lead implementer and risk manager courses. Forty CPD hours, five modules, examination fee included, and the qualification belongs to the person who earns it.
Thirteen courses Service threeCertificate verification
A certificate nobody can check is worth very little. Anyone holding one issued through Axora Global can confirm it is genuine and currently valid.
Verify a certificateEvery standard we implement
Grouped by what the certificate is actually for. Standards with a page take you to the process, the documentation list and the questions clients ask about that standard. The rest are quoted on enquiry.
What you have been asked for, and what actually satisfies it
Most enquiries start with a sentence from a customer rather than a standard number. These are the ones we hear most often in Pakistan.
Five stages, and you know the scope before stage three
The same route on every standard. Nothing gets written until we have seen how the operation actually runs.
Understand the business
How you operate, which market you sell into, and exactly what is being asked of you. A conversation, not a form.
Gap analysis
A clause by clause review of what exists against what the standard requires, so the scope is known up front.
Documentation
Manuals, procedures and records built around your operations, not a template pack handed to your team.
Internal audit
We audit it ourselves, raise the findings and close them, so the certification body is not the first to look hard.
Certification audit
We prepare your team, attend the audit, and work through findings until the certificate is issued.
Most small and medium businesses in Pakistan complete implementation in about 6 to 12 weeks. The certification body audit is scheduled separately once the system is running and the internal audit is closed out.
Cost depends on your organisation's size, number of locations and the complexity of your operations. Axora Global offers fixed price consultancy packages and arranges the certification body audit separately. Book a free consultation for an exact quote.
Certify the organisation, then qualify the people who run it
Every course is 40 CPD hours across five modules with the examination fee included, delivered live online, on site in the classroom, or at your own pace. The certificate is internationally recognised and can be verified independently.
PKR 70,000 to 90,000, examination fee included, approximately USD 250 to 320. New batches run throughout the year. Delegates already booked can use the participants portal.

What clients ask before they start
How long does certification take?
Most small and medium businesses in Pakistan complete implementation in about 6 to 12 weeks. The certification body audit is booked separately once the system is running and the internal audit is closed out. Anyone quoting a timeline without looking at your operation is guessing.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on your organisation's size, number of locations and the complexity of your operations. Axora Global offers fixed price consultancy packages and arranges the certification body audit separately. Book a free consultation for an exact quote.
Which standard do we actually need?
Usually the one your customer, retailer or regulator is asking for. The table above covers the requests we hear most often. If yours is not there, send us the wording you were given and we will tell you which certificate satisfies it, and which ones will not.
Does Axora Global issue the certificate?
No, and that separation is the point. We implement the management system and prepare you for audit. The certificate is issued by the certification body, whose audit we arrange separately. A consultant who also issues the certificate is not giving you something a buyer will trust.
What is the difference between your consultancy and your training?
Consultancy certifies the organisation. Training certifies the person. A lead auditor or lead implementer qualification belongs to the individual who earns it and travels with them, which is why many clients do both: the company gets the certificate, and the people running the system get qualified to keep it.
Can a certificate issued through Axora be verified?
Yes. Our verification page confirms whether a certificate is genuine and currently valid, so your customers can check it themselves rather than taking a PDF on trust. Training certificates are internationally recognised and independently verifiable in the same way.
Do you work outside Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad?
Yes. Axora Global supports clients across Pakistan. The three city pages exist because those are the markets people search for most, not because the work stops there.
We are already certified. Can you take over the system?
Yes. Standards get revised and certificates get surveilled, and a system that was written once and filed away tends to show it at the next audit. We pick up existing systems, close the gaps and handle transitions such as the ISO 14001 and FSSC 22000 revisions.
