Two different jobs, and you should know which one you are training for.
An auditor assesses a management system somebody else built, against the standard, and writes findings that have to survive challenge. An implementer designs and runs the system in the first place. They are different skills, they are examined separately, and buying the wrong one is the most common mistake people make with ISO training. Every course below says which it is, and if you are not sure, tell us what you will actually be asked to do and we will say which to take first.
Every course runs to 40 CPD hours across five modules, built on ISO 19011 where auditing is involved, and closes with a formal examination whose fee is already inside the course fee. There is no separate certification charge afterwards. Successful delegates receive an internationally recognised certificate issued under an accredited personnel certification scheme, which an employer or a certification body can verify independently.
We quote every course in CPD hours rather than in days, because the same 40 hours are scheduled differently depending on whether you take the classroom, the live online or the self paced route.
Batches run throughout the year rather than on a fixed published calendar. That is deliberate: it lets us open a batch when there is a group ready for it rather than making you wait for a date that suits us. Tell us the course, the format and roughly when, and we will come back with the next available dates.
Thirteen qualifications, across quality, safety, security, food, energy, risk and AI.
Courses marked in preparation are being written now. Ask us about any of them and we will tell you honestly when the next batch is realistic.
The same three commitments on every course.
The examination fee is part of the course fee on every course listed here. There is no separate charge to sit the paper and no additional certification cost afterwards.
Forty CPD hours of instructed time across five modules, matching the hours expected of a lead level qualification internationally. Full attendance is required to sit the examination.
An internationally recognised certificate issued under an accredited personnel certification scheme, which any employer or certification body can verify independently.
Three ways to take any course on this page.
The syllabus, the CPD hours and the examination are identical in all three. Choose the format that fits how you work.
Live online
Instructor led through the full 40 CPD hours in a virtual classroom, with the same workshops and exercises as the in person course. Suitable anywhere in Pakistan and across the Gulf.
On site classroom
The full 40 CPD hours in the room with the trainer and the rest of the group, at our venue or at your own site. The format employers most often book for a team.
Self paced
The same 40 CPD hours of material worked through on your own schedule, with tutor support and the same formal examination at the end. Almost no other provider in Pakistan offers this route.
The same band applies across the courses on this page, and the examination fee is included. Where your fee sits inside it depends on the delivery format you choose, with the self paced route at the lower end and the on site classroom at the upper end. Tell us the course, the format and the number of delegates and we will confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit to anything.
Frequently asked questions
How much do the courses cost?
Between PKR 70,000 and PKR 90,000, roughly USD 250 to 320, with the examination fee included. Where you sit in the band depends on the delivery format and the number of delegates. We confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit to anything.
Should I take an auditor course or an implementer course?
Take an auditor course if you will assess a management system somebody else built, whether internally, for a certification body, or on behalf of a buyer auditing its suppliers. Take an implementer course if you will design and run the system yourself. If you are unsure, tell us what you will actually be asked to do and we will tell you which to take first rather than selling you both.
How long is each course?
40 CPD hours, delivered across five modules, with the formal examination at the end of the final module. We quote in hours rather than days because the same 40 hours are scheduled differently depending on the format you choose.
When is the next batch?
Batches run throughout the year rather than on a fixed published calendar. Send the course you want, the format and roughly when, through the training registration form or the contact page, and we will come back with the next available dates.
Is the certificate internationally recognised, and can it be verified?
Yes. Successful delegates receive an internationally recognised certificate issued under an accredited personnel certification scheme, and it can be verified independently by an employer or a certification body. Axora also confirms any certificate we have issued through our certification verification page.
Can we book a course for a whole team?
Yes. In house delivery is available on site or live online, and for a team it is usually the better option because the case work and role play can be built around your own operations and risks. Tell us the number of delegates and your preferred window through the contact page.
Do I need prior experience?
It varies by course. Delegates who already hold an auditor qualification in another standard move fastest, but every course starts from the standard itself. Tell us your role and background before you book and we will give you an honest answer, including telling you to start somewhere else if that is the right advice.
What about the courses marked in preparation?
They are being written now, in the order shown. Several are tied to standards that have just been revised, so we are building them against the current editions rather than republishing material written for a superseded text. Ask about any of them and we will tell you honestly when a batch is realistic.
Do you also help with certifying the organisation itself?
Yes. Training and certification consultancy are separate services. If your organisation needs to be certified rather than your people trained, see our certification and consultancy services, which cover documentation, gap analysis and audit support across the standards we implement.
