HACCP applies right across the food chain: processors and manufacturers, packaging suppliers, cold storage and distribution, catering and hospitality. In Pakistan it is most often driven by export buyers, by retailer and hotel supplier approval requirements, and by expectations from provincial food authorities. Any business selling into a regulated or audited supply chain will eventually be asked for it.
